Dynamic multi-agent logistics operations studies systems in which several decision-making entities interact while demand, resources, and operating conditions change.
These agents may include vehicles, vessels, drones, robots, order pickers, planners, charging infrastructure, terminals, and warehouses. Their interactions create questions about coordination, synchronization, handoffs, learning, optimization, and online execution.
Network perspective
The edge perspective examines movement, routing, dispatch, waiting, and service across a network. The node perspective examines storage, handling, picking, queues, and local decisions within logistics hubs.
